  • How much is shipping?
    1. Add your items to your shopping cart.
    2. Enter your STATE and ZIP CODE into the shipping calculator.
    3. Your shipping options will be displayed.

  • When will my order arrive?

    We do our best to ship every order accurately, safely, and in a timely matter. Orders are processed during normal business hours Monday through Friday. Most orders are shipped within 48 hours after the order has been processed. Our products ship from all areas of the country and generally arrive at your door within 3-7 business days. For a more accurate time frame please contact us.

  • Can you ship to a PO box?

    We do not ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses. For more information please contact us.

  • Returns

  • Need to make a return or report a damaged shipment? No problem. We do ask that your return meets the following rules:
    1. RGA request must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.
    2. Products are in original packaging.
    3. Products have not been installed or used.
    4. Clearance returns are not accepted.

  • Do I pay a restocking fee?

    No restocking fees for most returns. Returns for more than $750.00 are subject to approval and a 10% restocking fee. This is typically waived with an offsetting order.

  • Do I pay the return shipping?

    We do not pay the return shipping unless an error was made on our end. We suggest shipping the return with FedEx or UPS so that proper tracking can be obtained.

  • What if my order was damaged or defective?

    Please contact us and provide photos of the damage. We'll work to get replacements to you in a timely fashion.

  • How can I make an exchange?

    We technically don't "exchange" orders. We find the easiest way to handle an exchange is to make your return and place a new order for the correct product.

  • Important: Special ordered products as well as custom colors and made-to-order fixtures are not returnable.
